Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is returned in original packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition

Any items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. You'll receive a return authorization and shipping label. Pack items securely in original packaging and ship within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the replacement item has a different price, we'll refund or charge the difference.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

    Visit our returns portal: silvergear.returnscenter.com Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

    Pack Your Items

    Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Pack them securely in the original packaging if possible.

    Print Your Label

    Download and print the prepaid return label from your account. Attach it securely to the outside of your package.

    Ship Your Return

    Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You'll receive a refund within 3-7 business days after we receive your return.
