SILVERGEAR currently ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after business hours or during peak periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

Shipping Options, Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Cost: $10 AUD
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders between $100 and $119.99 AUD

Express Shipping

  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days
  • Cost: $15 AUD
  • FREE Express Shipping on orders $120 AUD and above

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak sale periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time - https://track.silvergear.com.au .Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 

Delivery Delays

 

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, SILVERGEAR cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking details provided.

 

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

 

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. SILVERGEAR is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.

 

Lost or Missing Parcels

 

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier; however, SILVERGEAR is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.
