How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to Order History
  • Select the order you wish to cancel
  • Click 'Cancel Order'

If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to wait until it arrives and then initiate a return.

Can I modify my order?

Order modifications are possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

To modify your order:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • Provide your order number
  • Specify the changes you'd like to make

We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been processed yet.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Afterpay (Unavailable)

All transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store your full credit card details.

When will my payment be processed?

Your payment is processed immediately when you place your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and receipt.

For buy now, pay later services like Afterpay, the payment schedule will be outlined at checkout. - (Unavailable)

How long does shipping take?

Note all estimated shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Sydney Metro: 2-3 business days
  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive your return authorization and shipping label
  • Ship the item back to us
  • Or simply visit our Return Centre (https://silvergear.returnscenter.com)

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

To track your order:

  • Check your email for the shipping confirmation
  • Click the tracking link provided
